All deposits ensure your spot is reserved for the time slot selected. All deposits go toward the total price of the detail.
If you have booked and need to reschedule, you may reschedule within a 24-48 hour time frame. Details rescheduled within that time frame will be honored without any fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in an additional $25 fee.
If you have booked and need to cancel for any reasons let us know in a timely manner. All cancellations over 48 hours of your detail will receive a full refund. Any cancellations within 24-48 hours will receive 50% of their deposit back. Any cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit their deposit. No Call No Shows are subject to an additional $25 fee when booking again.
If weather does not permit a detail to be performed on the scheduled day we can reschedule at your earliest convenience to make sure we take care of our clients.
